CO2 Laser Systems

Operating at a wavelength of 10.6 RF. CO2 laser marking machines are specialized, high-precision equipment designed primarily for permanent marking, engraving, and cutting of non-metallic materials and certain coated metals.
CO2 laser sources use a sealed mixture of CO2, Nitrogen, and Helium to produce a long wavelength which is highly absorbed by organic materials. This laser system offers very low stress, allowing for marking on delicate or thin films with absolute zero damage when operated at optimum conditions. All our laser marking systems are designed to support on-the-fly marking, enabling high-speed, real-time coding and traceability on moving production lines.
