In this KNUCKLE JOINT LASER MARKING SPM, we have used Bradma Neomark Fiber Laser (20W) for marking QR-Code on the Knuckle Joint Model Variant. Laser marking system is at steady with focal length adjusting Manual Linear Motion guide rails FWD-REV slider system. This manual FWD REV slider system helps to set the Laser head focal length, Neomark LASER head. Laser head is energized through laser source to mark the Knuckle Joint with 2D QR-Code. The SPM also has the SR-X100WN Autofocus Code Reader attached to the laser. Machine enclosure which moves along vertical-axis in linear up-down motions using pneumatic cylinder slide to reach the correct position for reading the 2-D QR-Code correctly. Required marking data will be generated by Bradma utility Software. Generated data will go under duplication check and sent to Bradma Neomark Laser controller; Bradma Neomark Laser will mark the received data on Knuckle Joint Model Variant. In this LASER SPM FOR PCB CONNECTOR MARKING, we have used Bradma Neomark Fiber Laser (50W) for marking on the PCB connectors. Laser marking system is based on a “Servo Driven Laser Head Slide System”. This servo motor based, Up-Down vertical Linear Motion marking system consists of servo motor, Linear Motion guide rails, Neomark LASER head. Laser head is energized through laser source to mark the PCB connector with 2D alphanumeric code or QR code. . The marking Laser head moves along vertical-axis in linear up-down motions to reach the correct position for each character to be marked correctly.
IN this VIN marking Laser SPM we have used Bradma Macsa FIBER LASER (100W) for marking on the motorcycle frame. Laser marking system is based on a “SERVO DRIVEN LASER HEAD SLIDE SYSTEM”. Laser head is energized through laser source to mark the frame with 2D alphanumeric character. Generated data will be sent to Bradma Macsa laser controller, Bradma Macsa Laser will mark the received data on two-wheeler motorcycle frame. In this Dual Laser Name Plate Marking SPM, two Bradma Neomark Fiber Lasers are used for high-speed and precise marking of required identification data on name plates.
